At Eluma, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare, cosmetics, and beauty products cannot be returned once opened or used.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Opened or used beauty/skincare products.

  • Sale items, discounted bundles, or promotional offers.

  • Gift cards and downloadable products.

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may request a return (if eligible).
