1. Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare, cosmetics, and beauty products cannot be returned once opened or used.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds on:
Opened or used beauty/skincare products.
Sale items, discounted bundles, or promotional offers.
Gift cards and downloadable products.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may request a return (if eligible).
